How much does postage cost?

Shipping costs are shown on checkout before you pay and are Free for UK mainland only (unless otherwise stated). Europe is £2.50 per order and Worldwide Shipping is £5.00 per order (spare parts only).

Where do you ship to?

RC Control Freak currently ship parts to anywhere in the UK, Europe and Worldwide (models to UK and Europe only). If you are not sure of postage cost please use the contact us page to submit an enquiry your question will be answered with 12hrs during normal working hours.

Which postage service is used?

All model spare parts brought through this website are sent using Royal Mail large letter (approx. 1-2 working days) and standard parcel delivery (approx. 3-5 working days). If items do not arrive when anticipated, it is your (the purchasers) responsibility to inform us with the required time period that parcels have not arrived, If no contact has been made within 15 days of purchase with regard to items not turning up or damaged as a result of postage claims/refunds cannot be processed.


Most items shipped are delivered within 2-3 days in the UK and 3-7 days for international destinations. We are aware sometimes items may take longer to get delivered. Royal Mail guidelines state we should allow 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. If you have not received your order after the stipulated delivery times please contact us.

If you require an urgent delivery please contact us for rates on 24 & 48 hr delivery, with this service a signature will be required on delivery.

If for any reason an item has to be returned postage cost will be born to the customer and is non refundable. This is considered the same as if you had to travel back to a shop to return/exchange an item, your costs such as fuel and parking etc, would not be refunded.
