How much does postage cost?

Shipping costs are shown on checkout before you pay and are calculated on product weight using Royal Mail postage tarrifs for the UK mainland only.

Where do you ship to?

RC Control Freak currently ship to anywhere in the UK free of charge (unless otherwise stated). International shipping is possible please use the dropdown on item page for Worldwide Shipping . If you are not sure of postage cost please use the contact us page to submit an enquiry your question will be answered with 24 hrs during normal working hours.

Which postage service is used?

All model spare parts brought through this website are sent using Royal Mails 1st class and standard parcel delivery service postage should take approximatly 3-5 working days. If items do not arrive when anticipated, it is your (the purcasers) responsibility to inform us with the required time period that parcels have not arived, If no contact has been made within 15 days of purchase with regard to items not turning up or damaged as a result of postage claims/refunds cannot be processed.

If you require an urgent deliver please contact us for rates on 24 & 48 hr delivery, with this service a signature will be required on delivery.

If for any reason an item has to be returned postage cost will be born to the customer and is non refundable. This is considered the same as if you had to travel back to a shop to return/exchange an item, your costs such as fuel and parking etc, would not be refunded for.
